Risk Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to identify, assess, and monitor risks across business operations. The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices and support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and policies.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to management.
• Support compliance and internal control activities.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, projects, and initiatives.
• Recommend mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications (FRM, PRM, CFA, or similar).
• Experience in fintech, banking, or investment services.
• Knowledge of data analysis and risk monitoring tools.
