About the role
We are seeking an organized and people-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will help manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and various HR initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Employer branding experience.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
